Thanks to Roger Thompson for the recent talk he gave at the Whyte Museum of the Canadian Rockies: "How We See Nature: Alberta, Virginia, and the New Environmental Landscape." The talk focused on environmentalism in the work of Kim Dorland and JJ Cromer. Thompson is a professor of literature and fine arts at the Virginia Military Institute, Lexington, Virginia.
